We can have a phone conversation or online consultation whichever is your preference. This step is very important to insure we can meet your expectation in our landscape design.
Design
First step in creating a design is a site visit. This is when our designer familiarizes with your property and goes over your wishes in much more detail. Fairly often we bring in ideas that you haven’t even thought about previously, that is a beauty of having experienced designer consultation. On site visit helps us understand your preferences in material choices and a style of landscape design you are looking for. When all details are noted and considered we jump right in creating a 2D or 3D design for you. As a rule our clients receive their first draft of a design in about a week and keep close communication to make any revisions if needed.
Delivery
After final approval of your design we start planning how are we going to deliver our promise to you. We love to plan ahead to make sure project goes as smooth as possible and we avoid any delays. One of things that sets us apart is clean work place. Crew will leave your property clean after each visit with all tools neatly gathered in designated areas. Work carries out within work hours and with all permits in place. Proper installation of all parts of a landscape design is a must and documented by a foreman. We strive for an award winning quality in all we do. Fina step is a walkaround to unsure you are happy with all we have done and ready to enjoy you new outdoor living space.

Landscape Design in West Vancouver and North Vancouver
Sea to sky corridor is stunning with it’s views and mountainous terrains. Our designers try to capture that in our designs. Terraced landscapes with natural, wild look dominates the area making it blend in perfectly with nature. New developments in West and North Vancouver requires their own type of landscape design where modern houses meet nature inspired landscapes.
Landscape Design in Vancouver and Burnaby
Vancouver has a large number of new developments being built that requires modern landscape designs. Vancouver properties tent to have space restrictions so functionality is a high priority is all landscape designs.
Exception from this rule are Point Grey, Kerrisdale and Vancouver’s West Side areas. Larger areas allow for much larger scope in our landscape design. These areas are know for love of pristine and manicured landscapes.
City of Burnaby has more houses and strata that have older feel to them, building are shorter and properties are larger. Landscape design for this area has to reflect has to reflect area specifics as Burnaby has various elevations and terrains.

This region enjoys large properties. Modern look is taking over from more traditional designs. Langley and Surrey seems to have a mixed design preference compared to other municipalities. Terrain is mostly flat and landscape design has lots of possibilities.
South Langley requires a special kind of landscape design. Lot’s of farm land create it’s own landscape design niche for combination of modern look with elements of country side.

Coquitlam known for it’s hilly retain. Small to medium size properties and most of them require retaining walls implemented into landscape designs. Maple ridge is more flat with larger yards so design options are larger and has more of a country feel to them.
